The Bishop Sutton Beer Festival returns to the Village Hall on 13 and 14 March 2026

For a short time only we are offering 'early bird' prices on all three sessions. They are limited to the first 100 tickets or 1 January 2026, whichever comes first. Book today to avoid disappointment.

Events list

A beer festival at the heart of the Chew Valley, with all profits going to Charity.

For full details of sessions, times and what's on offer visit: bishopsuttonbeer.co.uk...which is current under construction!

The Friday Session is all about our live band and paella from Spain's own Salvador Ballister! Join us from 5pm

The Saturday Early Session is for everyone, adults & kids. We will have entertainment on the big screen, entertainment for kids, and everything else. Join us between 12:30 and 4:15pm.

The Saturday Afternoon Session is the big one, in every sense, culminating with England v France on the big screen! Join us from 4:30 (before the Wales games) until late into the evening.

Both Saturday sessions see the return of Bristol heroes, 'For Mice & Men', who will once again be cooking up a toasted cheese sandwich storm. Anyone who had one last year can voucher for how amazing they are.

...and if you're not sure which Saturday Session to attend, this year we're doing a Whole Day Pass.

-----   IMPORTANT STUFF -----

ABOUT US: The Bishop Sutton Beer Festival is organised by THE BISHOP SUTTON BEER FESTIVAL CHARITY - 1211637. This is a charitable event and our profits go to local charities.

TICKETS: Admission is by ticket only. If we sell out, we sell out. So get them whilst you can. We will send you a ticket. It will have your name on it and a QR code. When you arrive we will check you against our own list. In other words, you cannot print off your ticket twice and share it with anyone else. It's your ticket...but do let us know if you want to transfer it to someone.

FOOD: Bring cash / card. We are still working with our vendors to confirm our food offering but wanted to get ticket sales going now so people can get in the diary. But there will be food you will be able to buy...not with tokens (they're just for the beer!)

TOKENS: We've given you the opportunity to buy a ticket with 4 tokens or you can purchase tokens in advance at price of £10 per 5 tokens. The beer festival will be cashless save for food and any charitable donations you make on the day. Instead, like many beer festivals, we're using tokens. Each token entitles you to a half pint (or a third of the particular strong beers). If you think you fancy 9 tokens, then it really helps us plan for the event if you order them now rather than wait until the event. (You will be able to buy more tokens at the event). If we can see lots of people ordering 9 tokens in advance we will make sure we have more beers available to meet demand.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All tickets are issued subject to our term and conditions which repeated at the bottom of each ticketing page and also available on our website. We refer you in particular to the Extract of our terms and conditions reproduced at the bottom each ticketing page which draw the most onerous terms to your attention. By purchasing a ticket you agree to our terms and conditions. Attendee accepts our terms and conditions by attending the event, including any amendment to those terms and conditions at the time of their attendance (see clause 3 of the Terms & Conditions regarding our right to amend them).
