Event information
Important new legislation is coming from the European Union, affecting all organisations. Because the directives are complex and interlinked, and becoming compliant is not always straightforward. Therefore, B Lab and Schuttelaars & Partners are organizing Policy Day to zoom in on three upcoming directives; the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) & Green Claims directives.

This event is an opportunity to get to grips with these complicated and new directives. The intent of this day is to equip you with the right knowledge to get implementation of these directives right. Under the lead of legal experts Schuttelaar & Partners, this day will enable you to (1) practice with real-life implementation cases, (2) voice your concerns and reflect on your current approach, and last but not least (3) connect and learn from others who are undergoing the same trajectory.

The policy day is free and open for all B Corps who wish to enhance their understanding on the legislative acts and seek practical guidance on implementation. To ensure that all members have the same understanding of the legislative acts, the acts are discussed in a plenary setting by Schuttelaar & Partners. During these plenary sessions, participants are encouraged to ask questions. Following this, members will participate in interactive 'World Café' sessions. The aim of these sessions is to discuss real-life business cases in small groups to exchange experiences and dilemmas. At the end of the day, participants will possess in-depth technical information about the three different legislative acts, have insights on real-life of examples, and know applicable practical tips & tricks.
