Join us for another B Impact Assessment Webinar together with other pioneers and leaders seeking to use their businesses as a force for good. The B Lab Europe Markets Development team will be there to introduce you to the B Corp movement and answer all your questions.

In this edition, we’re excited to be joined by Catalina Ticau, Chief People & Performance Officer at PTHR – a certified B Corp and progressive HR & OD consultancy. Catalina will share her insights as a B Leader from PTHR’s own B Corp journey, including recertification, as well as from guiding other clients through the process. She’ll offer a practical perspective on embedding impact and transparency into the heart of an organisation, walking us through key lessons from the journey, what helped improve their score, and how B Corp values show up in day-to-day operations – from open book management to being a self-managed team.

Catalina is an experienced People Strategist with a background in organisational design, leadership development, self-management, and progressive HR practices. With over a decade of experience in HR and transformation work, she brings a holistic perspective to building purpose-driven organisations. At PTHR, she leads the company’s people strategy and B Corp work through their first spin-out, ARC (A Regenerative Culture), helping shape inclusive, sustainable, and high-impact ways of working. She’s also actively involved in growing the B Corp movement in Romania & Eastern Europe, contributing to community building, advocacy, and education through the Better Business Alliance.

What is the B Impact Assessment (BIA)?

The B Impact Assessment is a free, confidential online tool that has been used by more than 80,000 companies to measure and manage their impact. The Assessment measures performance across five Impact Areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Customers and Environment, and is the standard used by Certified B Corporations and GIIRS Rated companies.

The B Impact Assessment (BIA) walks businesses through a series of questions to help them learn what it takes to build a better business - better for workers, the community, and the environment. The BIA also provides feedback to businesses on how they compare to other businesses, and tools and best practices to improve their impact over time.

In this session, we will explore the purpose of your company and identify how it relates to performance. The B Impact Assessment is a tool designed to capture those performance indicators in a comprehensive framework. The goal is to help you evaluate your business practices, and identify how to improve your impact performance.
