This is a B Corp Onboarding session held exclusively for B Corps from European Emerging B Corp Markets. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive onboarding experience to jumpstart your journey as a B Corp. You'll have the chance to connect with other newly certified B Corps in Europe and engage directly with members of the B Lab Europe team.

1. Short introduction to the B Corp Movement: Understanding the fundamentals of being a B Corp.
2. B Corp roadmap: Empowering your teams, maximizing your certification, understanding your responsibilities, and embracing continuous improvement.
3. The B Corp community: Exploring opportunities to actively participate in the European B Corp community.
4. Communication best practices: Insights and recommendations from our communications team on effectively communicating your certification and ongoing impact initiatives

Who should attend: This session is intended for employees of recently certified B Corps or new hires at existing B Corps seeking deeper insights into the movement and how to leverage its benefits. While we typically recommend 1-2 representatives per company, there are no strict limitations.
