B Corp Bootcamp: Recertifying on new B Lab standards
How can your B Corp recertify on new B Lab standards with clarity, structure, and peer support?
Join our hands-on 5-week online bootcamp on recertifying on B Lab’s new standards, created for B Corps preparing for recertification under the updated standards. This cohort-based program is a practical working space where you’ll move through your B Impact self-assessment, share approaches with peers from across Europe, and turn complex requirements into concrete next steps.
In this 5-week bootcamp, you will:
- Get a high-level overview of the new B Lab standards and recertification process
- Explore key impact topics – including Purpose & Accountability, Fair & Humane Practices, and Regenerative Impact – through clear structure and guided peer discussions
- Use prework in your B Impact self-assessment and on our new learning platform to bring concrete company starting points into each session
- Work through common challenges in breakout sessions with B Corps of similar size and industry
- Learn from real examples and approaches shared by other B Corps and connect to the wider European B Corp community
- Gain project management tips to help organise and prioritise your recertification work
- Clarify which steps typically require leadership or board involvement
- Map out realistic next steps and areas for continuous improvement
As a bootcamp, this program is work-intensive: each week combines approximately 3 hours of prework in your B Impact self-assessment and on our new learning platform with a 90-minute online session focused on peer learning and practical application. Teams are welcome, so bring colleagues to work through the program together.
