Meet the B Corps: Businesses Balancing Profit & Purpose

Join us on March 21st for B Lab Ireland's first Meet the B Corp event. Learn directly from Irish B Corps and connect with like-minded individuals. 

To celebrate B Corp Month in March, and inspire Irish companies interested in the movement to take action and improve their impact, we're hosting a series of B Corp panels for our broader community. There will be a 15-minute Intro to B Corp presentation, followed by three B Corp panels, and dedicated networking time for attendees. B Corp Bread 41 will be providing delicious pastries in the morning - so be sure to get there bright and early!

The B Corp panels will feature panellists from Baileys, Innocent Drinks, The Handmade Soap Company, Armada Hotel, Ballyhass Adventures, Earth’s Edge, Thinkhouse, Climeaction and Otonomee.

B2C B Corp panel: Join industry leaders to discover how to balance the interests of people, the planet and profit. Gain insights into effectively communicating your commitment to reducing emissions and improving social impact, particularly to your primary stakeholders—your customers. This panel will be hosted by Annie Lee and will feature Aisling Gorman, Global Innovation Marketing Manager of Baileys, Donagh Quigley, MD of The Handmade Soap Company, and Paddy Carmody, Marketing Manager of Innocent Drinks Ireland.

Tourism B Corp Panel: Are you part of the tourism or hospitality sector? Join us to hear from award-winning Irish companies that excel in sustainability. Learn how B Corp Certification can not only reduce costs but also foster community engagement, enhance employee retention, and attract new business opportunities. This panel will be hosted by Bernard Cahill and will feature John Burke, MD of Armada Hotel, Eoghan McCarthy, General Manager of Ballyhass Adventure Group, and Joannda Stanton, General Manager of Earth’s Edge.

B2B B Corp Panel: Learn from some of the leading agencies and organisations in Ireland as they share how B Corp certification can be a game-changer. Discover how the B Impact Assessment tool can help you improve your impact and win new business. This panel will be hosted by Claire Hyland and will feature Jane McDaid, Founder + Head of Creative Innovation of Thinkhouse, Aidan O’Shea, Founder + CEO of Otonomee and Ariela Schnitman, ESG Lead of Climeaction.
