Learning Disabilities Community Services feedback sessions

Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has a Learning Disability Community Service which helps people with a learning disability with their health needs.

The Learning Disability Community Service team would like to ask people for feedback about their experience of the service. This feedback will help them improve the service for everyone. They are running a survey and also holding face-to-face and online feedback sessions. 

The face-to-face sessions will be on Tuesday 6 February and these are:

• 10am-1pm - for people with a learning disability, autistic people, families and carers
• 2-5pm for people working for organisations e.g. NHS, local authorities, voluntary and community organisations, businesses etc.

Please select the most appropriate session for you.

Following these face-to-face sessions there will an online feedback session on Zoom - all are welcome and details will be advertised soon.
