Black Country Healthcare Annual General Meeting

Members of the public are invited to find out more about Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust by joining its Annual General Meeting in September.

The AGM will be hosted by interim trust chair Phil Gayle and chief executive Marsha Foster. It will showcase the Trust’s achievements over the past year, as the lead provider of mental health, learning disability and autism services across the Black Country, and community healthcare services in Dudley.

Phil and Marsha will be joined by the lead governor and fellow governors that make up the Trust’s council of governors, members of the Trust board and staff from across the Trust.

Looking back at the past year, the AGM will celebrate some of the important work the Trust is doing to take a community-first approach, working with our communities to provide early and proactive support, as well as improving hospital care by providing safe, therapeutic and culturally competent care for those who need it.

We will also look forward to the coming year to share how the Trust is responding to local, regional and national priorities, ensuring we continue to work with our communities to understand how best to support people across Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

We welcome questions from our communities and we would encourage you to submit these to us in advance so we can answer as many as possible on the day. Questions can be emailed in advance to bchft.membership@nhs.net. Responses will be available for all to view at the AGM. The deadline for submissions is Friday 19 September.
