Black Country Healthcare Annual General Meeting

Local people, partners and stakeholders are invited to join Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to hear about the Trust’s performance, the work taking place across its services and what the future holds for mental health care in the Black Country. 

Hosted by Trust Chair Phil Gayle, the event is an opportunity to hear directly from Trust leaders about the past year, learn more about what teams and services have been doing and find out about the Trust’s plans for the future. 

The agenda will look back at the Trust’s performance, progress and achievements over the past year, showcase work taking place across its teams and services, and set out what the future holds for mental health, learning disability and autism services across the Black Country. 

Attendees will:  

• Hear Chief Executive Officer Marsha Foster look back at the Trust’s performance, progress and achievements over the past year.  

• Listen to highlights of the work of teams and services across the Trust.  

• Receive an overview of the Trust’s annual accounts from Chief Finance Officer Richard Wheeler and the Trust’s auditors.  

• Have an opportunity to put questions to the Chair and members of the Board.  

• Find out more about the Trust and its ambitions to be the best for the Black Country communities we serve.
