Join us with for our Community of Practice 'QI Special' session for summer 2026.
'Community of Practice' is a safe, inclusive space to reflect, share and act together with the opportunity to listen and learn from experts within Perinatal, Neonatal and Maternity.

Session Topic: QI Special
In this special edition Community of Practice, Sarah & Noshin want to hear from you about any QI projects you have been working on specific to Perinatal, Neonatal and Maternity healthcare.
Use this time to share your QI project, and have open discussions about past, present and future projects as a sounding board on how to progress your QI projects.
Agenda:
- 1:00pm - 1:05pm - Welcome and introductions
- 1:05pm - 1:30pm - Presentation from Sarah & Noshin on best practice
- 1:30pm - 2:30pm - Open discussion with Q&A
- 2:30pm - session close

Who should attend:
If you have been or are currently on a Black Maternity Matters Training Programme or course, these sessions are specifically designed for you to access.
This session is available for perinatal professionals, perinatal mental health professionals, senior leaders, community midwives & health visitors.
It is also open to colleagues, peers and healthcare professionals from within the perinatal, neonatal and maternity field who may not have yet joined a Black Maternity Matters training programme. However, please note that those who have attended training through our programmes and courses have priority places on this session.
