The world is changing, my future feels uncertain… what can I do and where do I start?

Choosing how you will spend your working life is one of the most powerful climate actions you can take. Join us for a practical workshop about your future — and the role you could play in building a fairer, greener world.

We’ll explore big questions in creative, hands-on ways:

• How will climate change impact your future?

• What jobs and skills will we need as the world changes?

• What kind of world do you want to grow up in — and help make real?

• And how can your passions, strengths and values shape a career that makes a difference?

About the Workshop

This workshop is free — just reserve your spot.

Together, we’ll map what we know (and don’t know) about a climate-shaped future, imagine positive possibilities, and work backwards to the present to see what steps you can take now. You’ll leave with clearer ideas about career paths that matter — not just for you, but for your community and the planet.

You’ll also:

• Learn how The Brixton Project connect citizens, creative networks and businesses to bring creative power to local communities in London

• Discover study routes at Black Mountains College, including our degree Sustainable Futures: Arts, Ecology & Systems Change

• Meet others who care about the future and want to turn that into meaningful work

• Anyone unsure where to go next and curious about new, meaningful job paths

• People who care about the environment, justice, community — or who simply want to do work that matters

• All ages, all backgrounds, all subjects welcome
  (science, arts, vocational, creative, practical — everything counts)
