Morgan Fisher plays The Hoople in its entirety
Sat 30 Nov 2024 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
The Fiddler’s Elbow, NW5
Description
Morgan Fisher was Mott the Hoople's keyboard man during their peak years, 1973/74. He played on their two last albums, "The Hoople" and "Live" and joined them in 2019 for their final reunion tour in the UK and US, which got them the best reviews of their career.
Longtime resident in Japan, Morgan is making a rare visit to London (his home town) this month.
This year is also the 50th anniversary of "The Hoople" and at this solo concert, Morgan will take on the challenge of playing and singing the entire album. Plus other rare tracks from Mott's history (including the post-Ian Hunter albums).
He'll be telling stories, showing numerous little-known photos and videos related to Mott, and will be happy to answer any of your questions during the performance.
One show only - don't miss it!!!
