• Full Booth (10' wide x 7.5' deep) and Half Booth (6' wide x 7.5' deep) options.
• For a larger space, you can combine two half booths, two full booths, or a full + half booth.
• All booths come with: pipe and black OR white drapery backing, table, white cloth, chair, power, wifi, exhibitor badge, confidential wedding registration lead list.
• Optional add-on: Full Colour Print Ad in the Ultimate Wedding Guide.
• A FREE listing in the Newfoundland Wedding & Event Directory, a brand new website launched in Fall 2025 that is promoted to our engaged couples.

What is the Ultimate Wedding Guide?

The Ultimate Wedding Guide is a semi-gloss, full colour booklet that contains our floor plan, Exhibitor listing, articles, and Exhibitor Ads. All vendors receive a copy, as well as the couples attending the show. When submitting ad copies, ads should be formatted as PDF or .eps file with all fonts converted to outlines.
