an intimate series where we highlight some of Portugal’s most inspiring natural winemakers.  Each week, we’ll feature a different independent & biodynamic producer, friends of ours who are making some of the best wine in portugal and are true pioneers of their craft.

You’ll taste their latest low-intervention wines, hear their story, learn about their process, and have the chance to ask questions in a relaxed and unpretentious setting.  A space where everyone can come as they are and enjoy real meaningful conversations, fully unfiltered - just like the wine.

These are not mass-produced wines. they’re soulful, small-batch bottles from some of the most exciting natural wine producers in portugal.

Nuno is a fourth-generation winemaker and the visionary behind Ramilo Wines, a family-run project rooted in the limestone hills between Colares and Mafra.

Nuno is known for honoring the heritage of this historic region while embracing a low-intervention approach.
