Trust Builders: The Key to Thriving Communities
Trust Builders starts with a simple question: Why do communities with similar assets experience dramatically different outcomes? Again and again, the answer is trust among local leaders.

Featuring interviews with 31 leaders from across America, Trust Builders explores how trust is intentionally built, repaired, and sustained, and how it unlocks transformative change in communities of all sizes. Inside, readers will discover a tactical playbook for strengthening trust and accelerating progress, along with an assessment to identify their own trust-building strengths. This book is for anyone committed to shaping a brighter future for their community or curious about practical ways to build trust with others.
