Fold Into Impact: A Day of Purpose, Play & Place
Hosted at The Fold Hotels | Celebrating B Tourism, B1s, and the Launch of BLD Southeast

Ease into the day with beachside relaxation, pool time, or lunch at one of the independent, local restaurants nearby.
The Fold, an example of B Tourism hospitality in action, welcomes you into a rhythm of rest, reconnection, and purpose.

2:30 – 4:00 PM | Beach Cleanup with a Purpose
Hosted by andCo Hospitality, Keep Pinellas Beautiful & The Chad Livsey Project
Join fellow BLD attendees for an immersive voluntourism experience. We’ll roll up our sleeves, restore the shoreline, and soak in the coastal beauty. Dolphins, seabirds, and even sea turtles call this place home.

4:30 – 8:00 PM | The Evening Unfolds
The energy shifts from impact to celebration, beginning with reflection and closing with connection:

• Land Acknowledgment at the Indian Shores Tocobaga Memorial Monument
• B1 Panel Conversation featuring Kate Williams (CEO of 1% for the Planet) & companies that are Certified B Corps and 1% for the Planet members
• B Tourism on display. Find your next sustainable vacation & enter to win travel prizes (vacation raffle eligibility limited to those who pre-register and attend in person)
• Sunset Celebration at The Fold, featuring live music, local bites, drinks, and
• Scenic boat rides from the resort’s dock as the sun dips below the horizon (additional fee $25)

This is more than a kickoff, it’s a full-day immersion into what purpose-driven travel, hospitality, and business can look like.
