October Ecstatic Dance in Bishop's Stortford

Shake off the week's stress with wild free form dance movement, then melt into relaxation with a healing sound bath to finish

This is a sober event - strictly no drugs and no alcohol

Doors open at 6:45 pm, and the ecstatic dance starts promptly at 7:00 pm. Please arrive in good time, as there will be no entry once the dance has started

Wear comfortable clothes. We dance barefoot - or, if that isn't your thing, in socks or soft, flat shoes

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for the sound healing
