Employee Ownership and B Corps

Come be part of a discussion with a great panel of experts on employee ownership and ESOPs (employee stock ownership plan) and leaders from organizations with employee ownership experience. We plan to explore together how employee ownership fits with the B Corp values and answer some questions about how to take the journey.

This is for all B’s - ones who have never considered this option to put in the bucket of possibilities and ones who have considered but not taken any steps. We also hope it’s a time for B’s on the journey to exchange experiences and ideas. We hope this session will be of benefit to team members as well as owners of B Corps.
