Join us for an inspiring and immersive afternoon of sustainability, innovation, and community connection in the heart of Charlotte’s most dynamic adaptive reuse development Camp North End. Hosted collaboratively by the Charlotte, Asheville/WNC, and Triangle B Local chapters, this event brings together Certified B Corporations, businesses exploring B Corp certification, and purpose-driven leaders from across North Carolina.

Experience a behind-the-scenes look at how historic industrial spaces are being reimagined for a more sustainable future. Then, enjoy a thoughtfully curated, locally sourced plant-based lunch, while networking with changemakers who are using business as a force for good.

Event Agenda
11:00 – 11:30 AM | Camp North End Tour
Meet promptly at 11 AM at Hex Coffee (201 Camp Rd, Suite 103) for a guided tour led by Tesho Akindele of ATCO, highlighting one of Charlotte’s most celebrated adaptive reuse projects.

11:45 – 12:00 PM | SpringClean Tour
Explore circular fashion and sustainable textile solutions with SpringClean founder CT Anderson.

12:15 – 12:30 PM | Free Range Brewing Tasting
Learn about sustainability in brewing, ethical sourcing, and the intersection of design and community led by FRB co-founder Jason Alexander.

12:30 – 2:00 PM | Soul Miner's Garden Lunch
Enjoy a delicious, seasonal plant-based lunch and continue conversations with fellow attendees.

Limited space available. Secure tickets by Friday, October 17, 2025.
We kindly ask attendees to contribute a small fee to help cover event costs.

Lunch Menu
Plant-based lunch options include: 
Loaded Nachos:
Handcut corn tortilla chips topped with black beans, house queso, local lettuce, house salsa, spicy jalapeño crema, guacamole, green onion and fresh jalapeño. Gluten Free, contains coconut.
Taco Salad:
Bed of organic greens topped with soy taco grounds, black beans, bell pepper, red onion, radish, crispy tortillas and green onion. Ranch dressing. Gluten Free.
Power Bowl:
Organic quinoa base with house tahini dressing, sautéed kale, roasted sweet potato and pumpkin seeds. Gluten Free.
Shroomin' Philly:
Local seared oyster mushrooms, tri color bell peppers and grilled onions with melted provolone-style cheese inside of a Verdant hoagie drizzled with house agave mustard. Contains coconut.

Know Before You Go
Attire
Dress is Friday business casual, and please wear comfortable walking shoes. The tour will take place across an active industrial site with a mix of indoor and outdoor areas. The forecast calls for a high of 69° and a low of 44°, so we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater to stay comfortable throughout the event.
