A bespoke 121 Hypnobirthing course delivered from the comfort of your own home, either in person or online over zoom

How long is your private course?

Each private course includes a 30 minute online consultation so I can get to know you and get to work on tailoring your course.

The course itself is 10 hours in total, delivered over 4 x 2.5 hour sessions. 

All sessions are held at times and dates which suit you.

Simply select the date you would like for your first session on check out and I will be in touch to arrange your initial consultation and book the remaining sessions in the diary. 

It's up to you how to want to spread your sessions out - you may like to do them over consecutive weekends or split them out further.

Is this course in person or online?

If you're local to me in Newcastle, this course will be held in the comfort of your own home. I will travel out to you.

I am happy to travel within a reasonable distance across the North East but a fuel surcharge may apply if you live over an hour away from Newcastle City Centre.

If you live further afield or live overseas, the course will be held over zoom and course materials will be available online.

When is the best time to do a Hypnobirthing Course?

Most people choose to start a course between 16 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, as this gives them plenty of time to practice the tools and techniques.

But really, it is completely up to you when you choose to start your course, there is certainly no right or wrong time.

What will I learn on a Hypnobirthing course with you?

Although the content of my 121 courses are very much tailored to you, here are some examples of the topics we will cover together:

• The process of birth and what happens during labour
  
• The impact of fear on the birthing process and how to get rid of this fear
  
• What to expect during labour, including how the uterus works and the science behind birth
  
• How to manage contractions using hypnosis, massage & relaxation techniques, all designed to help you stay calm and focused
  
• Supportive and practical tips for your birthing partner, teaching them all of the tools that they need to be able to fully support you and play an active role in your birth
  
• How to manage interventions and how to have a positive experience regardless of how birth actually happens
  
• How to navigate the maternity system and make decisions that are right for you and your baby
  
• How to write your birth plans

What is the course cost?

The total investment for this course is £495 for both you and your birthing partner.

Payment options

£50 deposit + remaining balance of £445

or 

£50 deposit + 3 instalments of x £148.33. 

The full balance of the course is due at least a week before the course starts.

Once your deposit is paid, I will be in touch to arrange your 30 minute consultation and we can book your remaining sessions in the diary.
 

Terms and conditions

Please note that bookings are non-refundable and you find find my full terms & conditions on my website. 

Payment of your deposit confirms you had read and understood these.

The full balance of your course is due no later than a week before the course start date.

This hypnobirthing course does not replace the advice that your medical team give you and I cannot provide you with medical advice.
