Led by experienced yoga teacher Jane and Hypnobirthing specialist Emma, this exclusive pregnancy wellbeing retreat is the perfect space for you to focus on deep inner rest, connect to your baby and prepare for your upcoming positive birth.

What stage of pregnancy is the retreat suitable for?

The retreat is suitable for all stages of pregnancy from 12+ weeks.

What is included in the cost?

The pregnancy retreat is centered around you and we want you to feel nurtured, supported and held in a safe space. You'll have the chance to learn from two pregnancy experts and make friends with other pregnant women. There are no more than 8 people in attendance to help keep the event intimate.

All equipment and refreshments are provided.
