My private 121 intensive Hypnobirthing Course is perfect for you if you're later on in pregnancy, this is your second baby or if you don't have time for a full antenatal course. This course covers essential birth and Hypnobirthing topics.

This course is 4 hours in total, delivered in 1 x 4 hour private session. 

You can also opt to add on Newborn Essentials, delivered in an additional 1 x 2 hour session.

In order to give you the best experience, I only work with a limited number of private clients per month.

When is the best time to start this course?

Most people choose to start a course between 16 - 32 weeks of pregnancy.

How long is this course?

4 hours in total, delivered in 1 x 4 hour private session.

You can also opt to add on Newborn Essentials, delivered in an additional 1 x 2 hour session.

Is this course delivered in person or online?

If you're local to me in Newcastle*, the course sessions can all be delivered in person, from the comfort of your own home.

You can relax as I travel out to you, bringing everything we need for our sessions together.

If you live further afield or live overseas, the course can be held online and all course materials will be available online.

*Please note that if you live more than 1 hour from Newcastle City Centre, a fuel surcharge will apply.

Together with your birthing partner, we'll cover essential birth and Hypnobirthing topics.

Although my private courses are individually tailored to the couples I support, here's the key topics we cover:​

• Newborn Essentials*, including how to look after a baby, changing a nappy, safe sleep and infant feeding

How much does this course cost and how do I book?

The total investment for this course is £225 and you can add on Newborn Essentials at checkout for an extra £45.

If you would like to book newborn essentials, we will schedule in this session during our initial consultation before your course begins.

You can reserve your course by paying a non-refundable £50 deposit or you can opt to pay your course balance in full at checkout.
