My private 121 intensive Hypnobirthing Course is perfect for you if you're later on in pregnancy or don't have time for a full course. My intensive course is a much more condensed version of my full private Hypnobirthing course.

When is the best time to do this course?

As this course is a condensed version of my full course, it's ideal for those who are later on in pregnancy from 35+ weeks or for those who don't have time for a full course. You may also like to opt for this course if you're doing another antenatal course elsewhere but would also like to do hypnobirthing.

How long is the intensive course?

The intensive course is 4 hours in total, delivered in one private session either in person or online.

The course also includes a 30 minute online consultation prior to your course starting so I can get to know you and get to work on tailoring the course to meet your needs.

What dates and times is the course held on?

This course is held on dates and times which suit you.

Simply select the date you would like for your course on check out and I will be in touch to arrange your initial 30 minute online consultation. 

Please note that I require at least 2 weeks between your consultation call and your course start date.

Is this course in person or online?

If you're local to me in Newcastle, this course will be held in the comfort of your own home. You can relax as I travel out to you and deliver your course session in person.

If you live more than 1 hour from Newcastle, a fuel surcharge will apply.

If you live further afield or live overseas, the course will be held over zoom and all course materials will be available online.

• What to expect during labour, including how the uterus works and the science behind birth

• Supportive and practical tips for your birthing partner, teaching them all of the tools that they need to be able to fully support you and play an active role in your birth
  
  
• How to manage interventions and how to have a positive experience regardless of how birth actually happens
  
  
• How to navigate the maternity system and make decisions that are right for you and your baby
  
  
• How to write your birth plans
  
  

Please note this course does not replace a full antenatal course. As this is a shortened version of our full private course, we cannot cover topics such as infant feeding or postnatal care.

How much does this course cost and how do I book?

The total investment for this course is £195.

You can reserve your course by paying a non-refundable £50 deposit.

Once your deposit is paid, I will be in touch to arrange your 30 minute consultation. We can then discuss course timings.

Please note I need at least 2 weeks between your consultation date and your course start date so that I can tailor the course to your needs.
