My Bespoke Refresher Hypnobirthing Course is perfect for you've already completed Hypnobirthing in a previous pregnancy - either with another provider or with me.

How long is your refresher course?

My refresher course includes a 30 minute online consultation so I can get to know you and get to work on tailoring your session.

The course itself is 2 hours in total, delivered in one session at a time & date which suit you.

Simply select your preferred course date on  and I will be in touch to arrange your initial consultation 

Is this course in person or online?

If you're local to me in Newcastle, this course will be held in the comfort of your own home. I will travel out to you.

I am happy to travel within a reasonable distance across the North East but a fuel surcharge may apply if you live over an hour away from Newcastle City Centre.

If you live further afield or live overseas, the course will be held over zoom and course materials will be available online.

When is the best time to do a Refresher Hypnobirthing Course?

Most people choose to start a course between 16 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, as this gives them plenty of time to practice the tools and techniques.

But really, it is completely up to you when you choose to start your course, there is certainly no right or wrong time.

What will I learn on a Hypnobirthing course with you?

The content of your refresher course very much depends on what you would like to focus on. 

This might include a reminder of key Hypnobirthing techniques, the science behind birth and calming tools for your birthing partner to use to support you during labour.

What is the course cost?

The total investment for this course is £135 for both you and your birthing partner.

Payment options

£50 deposit + remaining balance of £85

The full balance of the course is due at least a week before the course starts.
