A poetry event in which Dark Angels poets will read from the recently published anthology 'And So We Grow' and from a new book 'Berliners', a poem by John Simmons.

A number of different poetic voices will be heard and the particular focus on 'Berliners' (in readings and interview) will provide an enlightening angle on 'humankind' through Berlin's 20th century history.

This will be the public launch of the 'Berliners' poem that was shortlisted for the 2023 Live Canon competition and will be published by Paekakariki Press.
