Winter Wellbeing Run
Join Alice for a fun and invigorating run around Bingham Park, which will boost your mood and provide an opportunity to embrace the great outdoors during the colder months.
We will meet at the entrance to Bingham Park that is located at the junction of Oakbrook and Rustlings Road before setting off on a gentle 5km run along paths and trails. After the run is complete, we will head to a nearby cafe for coffee and pastries!
This activity is suitable for all levels and is designed to be a welcoming and inclusive experience. The pace will be adjusted to the ability of the group and we will take plenty of walking breaks if needed. If you have any concerns prior to the event, please get in touch.
Remember to wear clothes and footwear that is suitable for the activity and weather conditions, and bring a water bottle.
This event is for women and non-binary people. We are a trans-inclusive organisation.
This session is delivered by Bloom Sheffield, a community flower garden for women and non-binary people. This event is part of our Winter Wellbeing programme - a series of events aimed at keeping people well and keeping people connected during the colder months. Our programme is delivered with sliding scale payments, meaning that you pay what you can to attend. If you can pay the full price, you will be paying it forward and helping other people to attend and if you can only afford the minimum price, that's absolutely fine - no questions asked.
