A gentle seasonal stroll through nature, with good company and warm drinks
📍 Starting at Endcliffe Park, Sheffield

As the colder months settle in, it's more important than ever to take time for gentle movement, connection, and the calming power of nature.

Join us for a Winter Wellbeing Walk – a peaceful and friendly group stroll beginning at Endcliffe Park, taking us through woodland paths and open spaces toward the beautiful Mayfield Valley. Along the way, we’ll pause for a warming drink at the cosy Forge Dam Café, with the chance to rest, chat, and take in the winter scenery.

This walk is a chance to:

  • Stretch your legs and breathe in the fresh air

  • Connect with others in a relaxed, informal way

  • Slow down and enjoy the beauty of winter landscapes

  • Keep an eye out for wildlife – including the local heron who often graces us with an appearance!

This event is delivered by Bloom Sheffield and is part of their Winter Wellbeing Programme. This programme is a seasonal offering designed to support mental health, connection, and community during the colder, darker months. Through a mix of creative workshops, gentle outdoor activities, reflective gatherings, and social events, we create warm and welcoming spaces where people can slow down, connect with others, and find moments of calm. Sessions are offered on a pay-as-you-can basis, making them as accessible as possible, and all contributions go directly back into supporting Bloom Sheffield’s work with women across the city.
