Bloom's Seedlings - Outdoor Mum & Baby Groups

An outdoor group for mums and their pre-walking babies.

Join us at Big Bloom, our community garden at Meersbrook and Heeley Allotments which is home to an orchard, woodland, planted beds and plenty of space to relax, explore and play.

These sessions focus on the safe introduction to outdoor play from an early age, where both babies and caregivers can enjoy the mental and physical health benefits of being outside. Come and connect with nature through nature based crafts and activities, and create friendships within the parenting community. Build your confidence to safely spend time with your baby outdoors and experience all the sensory delights that exploring the outdoors brings.

These sessions are run by Bloom Sheffield, a community flower garden for women and non-binary people. Spending time with other people outdoors is soul soothing. And that’s why we’re here: to provide a place where women and non-binary people can take care of their mental health and wellbeing, learn about flowers and gardening, and feel less isolated.

We will be running sessions on Thursday afternoons. You can book for a block of 7 sessions. The sessions will take place on:

Please note: Our regular weekly sessions are for female/non-binary caregivers and their baby/toddler.

Can I cancel my session?

We cannot make any refunds up to 10 days before the group block begins. Once the block as begun, individual sessions are non-refundable. In the case that Bloom needs to cancel a session due to unsafe conditions, we will communicate this via the email address you provided when booking tickets.
