Join Molly Rabuffo, Derek Weagle, and Marcus Kreiger for a 60-minute transformative sound journey honoring those who came before us and those who guide us. All are invited to bring an item of your choice to add to the community altar.
You’ll be guided through an immersive sound journey featuring a wide range of instruments, including singing bowls, gong, percussion, and voice. Informed by the facilitators' backgrounds as professional musicians, the soundscape will extend beyond a traditional sound bath experience to incorporate classical and world music practices.
All you need to do is arrive and receive. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. A limited amount of bolsters are also available. Please bring anything else that helps you feel fully supported (a pillow, eye mask, extra cushions, warm layers, etc.).
Please arrive by 6:15 p.m. to settle and drop in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and late arrivals will not be accommodated. Thank you for helping us preserve the container for all participants!
"Thank you all so much for this incredible and healing experience this evening 💗 At moments it felt like floating in a sea of overtones — deep, vast, and shimmering. I drifted somewhere far out in those waves and somehow you guided us all softly back to shore, warming us by the hearth with your last song. It was truly magical." - Anna
