Join us for a wonderful relaxing slow stitching and embroidery session designed to promote self-care and mindfulness. In this peaceful gathering, we'll be embracing the therapeutic art of embroidery, stitching personal and meaningful messages onto squares of fabric.

Experience the calming effects of slow stitching as you embroider your own message of hope, resilience, or personal significance onto a fabric square. This event is part of the Stitch Away the Stigma campaign, created by the inspirational Natalie Needham, who has championed the power of needlework in raising awareness of the impact of substance misuse on the whole family.

Our facilitator for the event will provide guided instruction. Whether you're a seasoned stitcher or new to embroidery, you'll receive guidance and support to help you create a beautiful piece.

All materials will be provided, including fabric squares, needles, and thread. Enjoy a serene environment where you can unwind, reflect, and focus on the soothing process of hand stitching. Leave with a sense of accomplishment and a personal piece of art that symbolises your journey towards self-care.
