An Ocean of Colours 

Sometimes it’s difficult to talk about our feelings. They might be easier to express in colours and images. In this watercolour painting session, we will explore various ‘moods’ of the sea in its vibrant spectrum of colours, from the sun-lit shallows to its indigo depths. Let the sea be an inspiration for our own creative and emotional exploration.

No experience of art is necessary for this playful and creative workshop. Children (7+) are welcome with adult supervision.

What to Expect

Please arrive at the beach hut 10 minutes before the session start time.

All activities are guided and suitable for beginners. No previous experience is needed.

Everything we offer is an invitation, not an expectation. There is no pressure to speak, share or participate in any way that doesn't feel comfortable for you.

Our facilitators create a welcoming, trauma-informed space where you are encouraged to move at your own pace and take what you need from the experience.

All materials and equipment are provided unless otherwise stated.
