Ready to build your creative dream team? This 2-hour workshop, led by Roxanne Carney, helps emerging theatre-makers, producers, directors and self-producing artists assemble the right team and partnerships to bring a project to life.

Using a real-life case study, we'll explore how roles were filled, gaps spotted, and partners secured; from collaborators to funders. Through interactive exercises, you'll clarify who's already in your corner, who you need at the table and how to pitch your project with confidence.
