Local Meat Sale Vendor Sign Up

Do you need to clear out freezer space? Be a vendor at our annual Local Meat Sale! This is a great opportunity to connect with customers and move some of your old or excess products. Last year the total earned by participating producers was just over $8,600

Here are the details:

• Please be fully set up (farmers market style, in the ag conference center) and ready for customers by 9:30am
  • Producers who store products at the Food Hub can access the freezers beginning at 8:30am
    

• We have capacity for 6 producers, so make sure you register for a spot ASAP!

Pricing Structure:

• Sell your products at the same price or less than what you list them for on the Food Hub. The Food Hub markup will NOT be applied, which means that customers will be getting a discounted price without cutting in to your proceeds.
• You can also mark products down FURTHER. This is a great opportunity to clear out old inventory, offer bargains on products with minor packaging issues, etc.
• Vendors must display a price list for all items.
• Including a % discount from your Food Hub prices can be helpful to show customers they are getting a deal
  

• Products sold cannot be damaged- no holes in packaging, and products must be correctly labeled for sale.

• Producers will be responsible for taking all payments EXCEPT for EBT customers- the Hub will help run these charges so we can serve everyone!

• Producers must stay for the entirety of the event.

• Only meat products can be sold at this event- no value added products.

• Again, space is limited to 6 vendors, so sign up today! There is a $15 vendor fee to cover costs required for the event. You can pay online, or by check (please get this to us before the sale so we can save your spot!). We are not able to provide refunds.

By purchasing a vendor fee ticket, you agree to all of the terms outlined above for participating in the 2026 Local Meat Sale.
