Breath Camp is a 1-day breathwork retreat for adults infused with the nostalgia of childhood camp.
The Location: Nestled at the base of the tallest mountains of Appalachia, Mount Mitchell Eco Retreat is where we'll unwind, and breathe together.
The Experience: There will be intentional facilitation from Alex & Deagan that will help us unlock a sense of stillness, restoration and connection with others with 2 Active Breathwork sessions.
The Intention: Breath Camp is meant to bring a sense of fun, play, and adventure to the personal wellness & transformation space.
What you'll need:
- Comfortable clothes - it's camp right?!
- Closed toe shoes are recommended
- A water bottle
- Please dress for the weather!
Your Hosts:
Alex & Deagan are a husband & wife team that have guided thousands of people over hundreds of breathwork sessions.
Their approach is gentle but with clear guidance and structure the session that can result in unique experiences, clarity, emotional release, or simply much needed rest.
Alex is a breathwork coach, men's circle facilitator, and Gene Keys guide. Before doing consciousness work, he was the sales manager of an Inc. 5000 Fast-Growing Company. Alex is upbeat, playful and a 'breathing nerd' who combines modern knowledge of breath with ancient teaching and traditions.
Deagan is a breathwork coach, bereavement group facilitator, and yoga teacher. She is a steady, grounded and loving presence that allow her to be a guide and shoulder to lean on for the most difficult of emotions particularly with death & loss. She never pushes people further than they're willing to go but she has a special way of awakening the courage for people to go deeper.
