HDD Rodeo 2026 brings together the best in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for a high-energy competition like no other. From December 2–4, 2026, at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter in Perry, GA, elite HDD crews will face precision challenges that showcase skill, teamwork, and the latest drilling technology.

Explore the Indoor & Outdoor Exhibits, featuring cutting-edge equipment, hands-on demonstrations, and the newest innovations in trenchless technology. Attendees can network with industry leaders, contractors, and HDD professionals while learning from workshops and live competitions. 

Registration Types:

HDD Rodeo Drill Crew Competition: 

Early Bird Rate (Expires July 1): $4,000 (Standard Rate: $5,000)

Registration Includes:

• Full-Day Workshop – December 2
  Access to industry-focused educational workshop including boxed lunch
  Workshop Topics Presented by HDD Rodeo Sponsors and Include: Locating, Mud School (CETCO), Mud Mixing & Reclamation, Technology in HDD, Tool Selection. Final Workshop Schedule will be released by August 1, 2026.
  
• Opening Night Networking Reception – December 2
  Includes two drink tickets and light hors d’oeuvres
• Full Attendee Access Pass – December 3–4
  Access to the HDD Drilling Competition and Exhibition

Cancellation Drill Crew and Substitution Policy

• Any modification, including cancellation, of your registration requires written notice that must be emailed (ashaffer@benjaminmedia.com).
• Drill Crew Member substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
• Cancellations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received by Benjamin Media on or before August 14, 2026. Drill Crews who cancel will be charged an $875 cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be made to drill crews who cancel after August 14, 2026.
