THURSDAY 22 APRIL 2027 · LONDON

Operating at Scale

You're in the room if you recognise any of these:

- A portfolio that has grown faster than the systems and controls behind it

- Debt that gets more complicated with every refinance

- Metrics that don't tell you which investment is actually working

- A plan to scale that hasn't been tested properly

Adam Lawrence and Rod Turner:

- 1000+ UK property deals between them

- Eight figures of joint-venture funding deployed, portfolios they still hold.

One working day for people already running a property business. Eleven sessions, with real case studies throughout.
