Property Business Workshop - July 2027
THURSDAY 1 JULY 2027 · BIRMINGHAM
Exits
You're in the room if you recognise any of these:
- Still running the business day to day when you meant to be a shareholder
- No written plan for what happens if you stop tomorrow
- Pensions, trusts or a Family Investment Company you know you should be using
- A deal stuck because the vendor's exit doesn't work for them
Adam Lawrence and Rod Turner:
- 1000+ UK property deals between them
- Eight figures of joint-venture funding deployed, portfolios they still hold.
One working day for people already running a property business. Eleven sessions, with real case studies throughout.
