Think feel-good movement and journaling at Croílár followed by an utterly delicious brunch at House of Plates (the best restaurant around IMO). You have the choice of their full brunch menu plus tea/coffee/soft drink of choice.

sunday sessions is small-group experience designed to help you move, clear your mind, and actually connect with the people around you.

Your ticket will include:
- 1 hour yoga session (all-levels welcome)
