By popular demand, we are back in summer 2025 with our Free Beach Meditations! 

You are invited to a free guided meditation session on the beach in front of the West Pier – (opposite i360)

The guided meditation will lead you on a voyage of exploration of your mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

Please bring a cushion or blanket with you if it helps you to sit comfortably!
