with Gen Kelsang Jigme

Kadampa Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha’s Mahayana teachings that makes the path to enlightenment accessible to the modern world and explains clearly how to transform our lives into the spiritual path.

The most fundamental part of a Kadampa Buddhist’s daily meditation is known as the Heart Jewel practice. Through this we receive the spiritual nourishment we require to achieve depth in our meditations on the path to enlightenment, and the spiritual protection that allows us to embrace every aspect of our life with confidence and joy.

This day/weekend of meditation based sessions will give us the opportunity to discover or deepen our experience of this most precious practice.

“By practising this sadhana regularly and sincerely, we will make our precious human life extremely meaningful and we will definitely reap a harvest of pure Dharma realizations. Eventually we will come to experience the supreme joy of full enlightenment.” – Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Everyone is welcome
