Saturday 9th July 11am Brighton Beach, in front of the West Pier opposite i360
Everyone welcome! No experience needed!
We are very happy to finally be able to offer these wonderful meditations on the beach again!
Come join us at the West Pier where Gen Kelsang Thekchen, Buddhist Monk, Resident Teacher of Bodhisattva KMC - Brighton, will guide us on a beautiful peace inducing meditation. This clarity of mind, meditation is a powerful meditation for creating deep inner peace. He will also lead us on a powerful practice for developing compassion to all those who are suffering in this world and then sending out peace and happiness to all.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this inspiring and moving event. Pre-Covid for these events we would have over 250 people meditating together for World Peace. Hopefully we can again create this peaceful energy together and send it out to the world.
