These classes are self contained. Each covering a different topic of a similar theme. You are welcome and encouraged to attend any class even if you missed earlier classes.

Meditations for a Happy and Meaningful LifeWe all want to live a life with meaning and we all wish for lasting happiness and peace. This special guided retreat will introduce profound meditations that create peace and happiness from within and make our human life extremely meaningful.The “Stages of the Path to Enlightenment”, or “Lamrim”, are a powerful series of contemplative meditations revealing hidden spiritual truths that awaken our love, compassion and understanding. This retreat will offer a wonderful opportunity to get an overall understanding of how to find real meaning and happiness. Meditation topics include how precious and rare our human life is, understanding impermanence, karma and where our problems come from. We will also look at a series of meditations that open our heart of universal love and compassion.


Event Teacher

Susan Tait has been studying and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years and has taught Kadampa meditation in the US and the UK. She presents the teachings in a practical and often humorous way making it easy to apply in daily life.
