Discover Buddha’s teachings on the true nature of happiness and how we can find it within our own mind, with special guest teacher Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Demo. No previous experience is necessary and everybody is welcome.Gen Demo is the National Spiritual Director for Kadampa Buddhism in the US Mid-West. She has taught meditation & Buddhism extensively throughout the world and currently lives and teaches in Washington DC.

9:15am World Peace Café opens for course guests
10-11:15am Session 1 – Teaching and meditation
11:15-12pm Break – World Peace cafe open for course guests
12-1:15pm Session 2 – Teaching and meditation
1:15-2:45pm Lunch break (option to  pre-order a lunch on the booking form)
2:45-4pm Session 3 – Teaching and meditation
