Learn how to facilitate the tremor process in small groups. Develop skills to explain TRE and ground and regulate diverse groups. Learn how to make group interventions to contain and support safety.

Learning outcomes

  • Deeper understanding of the neurophysiology of stress and trauma
  • Skills to safely run small TRE Groups
  • Review of core concepts, inc the ‘Areas of Awareness in the Practice of TRE®’ paper
  • Knowledge and practice of using basic interventions to support TRE for individuals and groups
  • Ethical awareness and ability to working within your scope of practice, knowledge, and competency

Who can attend

The two day Module 3 workshop is only open to trainees who have completed Modules 1 and 2 and are engaged in the TRE supervision process.

General Information

The course will be very practical. Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. There will be lots of time for discussion and sharing of experiences. We will explore the theory behind neurogenic tremors generated by Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®).

To become a Certified TRE® Provider there is a structured certification program that takes 12 to 24 months. All work can be completed online. The key elements are three 2 day online workshops (Modules 1, 2 and 3), a significant supervision process and self practice.
