Learn how to safely teach the TRE to individuals. Deepen your understanding and application of polyvagal theory. Learn how to create safety for people to meet their bodies.

Learning outcomes

• Knowledge of polyvagal theory and the importance of safety
• Skills to identify defense cascades as they relate to TRE
• Ability to use containment and grounding strategies for others
• Ability to safely teach the core seven exercises to individuals
• Practice of explaining; TRE theory, grounding and self-regulation

Who can attend?

The two day TRE Module 2 workshop is only open to people who have completed TRE Module 1.

General Information

The course will be very practical. Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. There will be lots of time for discussion and sharing of experiences. We will explore the theory behind neurogenic tremors generated by Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®).

To become a Certified TRE® Provider there is a structured certification program that takes 10 to 24 months. All work can be completed online or can be a mix of online and in-person events. The key elements are three 2 day workshops (Modules 1, 2 and 3, online or in-person), a significant supervision process and self practice.
