To become a Certified TRE® Provider there is a structured certification program that is recommended to take between 12-15 months. The key elements are three 2 day workshops (Modules 1, 2 and 3, online or in-person), a significant supervision (minimum 13 hours of contact with your TRE Mentor) and assessment process and sustained self-practice. The course is fully accredited by TRE for All, Inc: https://traumaprevention.com/
Certified TRE® Providers can safely teach TRE® as a set of self-regulation exercises to individuals and small groups. For full details on TRE College courses, including training timeline, curriculum details and table of expected costs, check: https://trecollege.com/certification/
