Ferocious Dog (Acoustic Show)

Ferocious Dog is a British folk-punk band known for their high-energy performances and politically charged lyrics. Formed in 1988, they blend traditional Celtic folk with punk rock, creating a distinctive sound driven by fiddle, guitar, and drums. The band’s songs often address social justice, working-class issues, and historical struggles, giving them a raw, activist edge. Their dedicated fanbase, affectionately called the "Hell Hounds," often follows them across the UK and Europe. With influences from bands like The Levellers and The Pogues, Ferocious Dog has earned a reputation for engaging, raucous live shows and their outspoken advocacy for change.
