Seoul Sessions @ Bokman Bristol ft Matsudai Ramen + Don Leisure

To kick off our Seoul Sessions lineup, we're excited to welcome the incredible Matsudai Ramen.

Hailing from Cardiff, the team is renowned for their no-corners-cut approach to ramen—and they’re bringing their expertise to Bristol for one Sunday only. Matsudai will be joined by the incredible DJ Don Leisure a Cardiff-based producer to bring good food and music to Stokes Croft.

With both Matsudai and Bokman crafting exclusive dishes, you'll be able to sample a unique selection from each brand:

Matsudai:

• Chicken & Seafood paitan
• Chicken Karaage w/miso tare mayo
• Seasonal strawberry soft serve w/crispy yuba + sansho 

Bokman:

• Spicy Brisket Ramyun
• Korean Fried Wings (Bokman style)
• Special Edition Bokman Soft Serve 

Seoul Sessions is a relaxed, drop-in style event.
The time on your ticket is a guide for when to pick up your order—you’re welcome to arrive earlier or hang out afterwards to enjoy the music and atmosphere.

Each ticket includes:

• 1 x Bowl of ramen (your choice)
• 1 x Fried chicken side
• 1 x Soft Serve
