Private Birth Preparation Course ~ deposit £50

Transform your feelings around birth into calm, relaxed, prepared and in control by taking part in these wonderful face-to-face, fully interactive birth preparation class with Nicki at Bold Birthing.

Date and Time: TBC

You have 4 weekly sessions (approx 12 hours) to prepare you for the birth of your baby. You will be taught calming hypnobirthing breathing techniques as well as:

• How birth works physiologically (lovely science!)
• How fear impacts birth (lovely brains!)
• How we eliminate fear (lovely tools & techniques!)
• Birth planning and maternity rights (keeping you individual)
• Birth partner training to support you as an individual - super important for your overall experience.

Bold extras:

• 5 x weekly practice classes with Nicki (worth £50)
• 12 x hypnobirthing MP3s for pregnancy, labour and postnatal recovery
