'Chilled Mummas' with Nicki

Wow! You did it!  

Your little one is here and they love you with every gram, inch and baby roll. This love is so strong that of course it can be incredibly overwhelming at times... so much so that you may feel like you don't have any time for yourself and you are adapting to this new, upgraded identity of motherhood.

Well, just know we are all here for you and these sessions give you (and your baby) the opportunity to get out the house, have a cuppa, catch up and get anything off your chest... followed by some mum meditation to give you a moment to yourself and appreciate who you are.

These sessions are run at The Wise Lotus Centre in Letchworth and for just a fiver you get some relaxation in to kick start your day and weekend.
